I got my appetite back. It's a miracle....:D Supper was All-In-One Broccoli Macaroni and Cheese Recipe | Recipezaar. Ultimate comfort food and good way to add veggies to it.

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - cottage cheese w/fruit
Meal 3 - boiled chicken salad, tea
Meal 4 - mac and cheese, tea
Meal 5 - pb, crispbread

Fat - 27%, Carbs - 49%, Protein - 23%

My new skates came yesterday but it was raining so I couldn't try them out. Plus it's spose to rain for the next two days, so we'll see how the weekend looks or next week at the latest.
 
Today is my day to work at the school and tonight is a fundraiser basketball game, which I'm planning to take Ash too. I think she'll have a good time, but she's never seen a game before, except on t.v.
 
Game turned out good. The coaches won by 10. Coaches - 80 and the Cops - 70. Part of the half time show was a cop intern getting tazed for 5 seconds. The look on his face was "holy sh@t it's hurts" but he survived. Then they brought out the K-9 dog but he kept slipping on the gym floor. No traction at all what so ever. Food wise I did really good. I didn't buy any candy or chips, but did have a diet mt dew and 2 doritos. On the way home I bought Ash Wendy's and I only had 1 fry.
 
Overall I think I did pretty good today, especially since it could have been worse at the game. I did sneak some pb though...:( Gotta account for what I ate.

Today is another day at the school. Maybe I can sneak out early...:D It's spose to be in the 50's, so maybe we can go out skating tonight when Greene gets home if it doesn't rain.

Almost made it but I had a Pira bar before we went out to skate to hold me over because I didn't know how long we'd be out there. Instead of grilling the chicken, I boiled it. I rather like it grilled, but honesty was isn't in the mood to grill. Also I had 3 corn chips and bite of Ash's cereal.

Also today is one week without a cigarette. My food hasn't suffered because of my quitting, which is amazing. Haven't had any cravings or wanting a ice cream sundae every 2 hrs....:D
 
Went to a second hand shop today here in town just to look around and see why they had. I ended up buying a Under-Desk Keyboard Drawer for $6.00 and few other items. I bought a plate of 4 pieces of fudge for Kegan and Ash bought a cookie. I will admit I did eat 2 pieces of the fudge. It was soo good but sooo rich. I don't think I could have ate anymore than that.

Busy in the kitchen again. Made 3 recipes for the week and possibly for the rest of the weekend.

I forgot the coolwhip for the dessert, but I'm sure it will be good anyway. If not, it's not like I made a big batch. Call it a mess up and make it again later on with the coolwhip.
 
Went back to the second hand store again yesterday and bought the last cookie. Kegan and I split it but I had the smallest piece. That was the last thing I ate of junk, but the cookie was homemade....:D The chicken soup turned out good but it was little bland. It needs something but not sure what it is. Also the cottage cheese salad came out really good.

Went out earlier and skated around the park. I hurt when I was done, so Greene says I actually "worked it". Now the pain has wore off and I'm still tired. I'll sleep good tonight...:D
 
Supper was good but it sent my carbs thru the roof. Thank god it's Monday. Planning to kick a@@ today food wise.

I brought my carbs down like I said I would....:D I put some laundry away yesterday and went up and down the stairs 6 times. There is 15 stairs so that equals 90 steps. No wonder my legs hurt yesterday. Weather is spose to be nice, so I'm planning to go rollerblading after I drop Ash off at school.

30 minutes outside around the park skating. 2 times around the long track and 3 times around the short track. I really had to push myself because of the wind. Only took a break once for 1 minute.

I was wrong about the steps. I did 45 instead of 90.
