I brought my carbs down like I said I would....

I put some laundry away yesterday and went up and down the stairs 6 times. There is 15 stairs so that equals
90 steps. No wonder my legs hurt yesterday. Weather is spose to be nice, so I'm planning to go rollerblading after I drop Ash off at school.
Fat - 24%, Carbs - 47%, Protein - 29%
Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - cottage cheese w/fruit
Meal 3 - tuna casserole, broccoli, milk
Meal 4 - pink cottage cheese dessert, diet pop
Meal 5 - pork sandwich, cottage cheese, diet pop
