Kicked a@@ again, but the leftovers are almost gone. Will have to cook again this week. Still drinking up the pop. Have a 12 pack of diet dr pepper left. Greene's son was sick, so he didn't eat or drink much.

Fat - 26%, Carbs - 45%, Fat - 29%

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - enchilidia, diet pop
Meal 3 - cottage cheese w/fruit
Meal 4 - chili, kidney beans, diet pop
 
Went over to my grandfather's house to help him with his computer. Tomorrow he's treating me to lunch...:D It's either be taco bell, arby's or burger king. I'm going to get a salad, but taco bell is hard choice, so it's either going to be a taco salad or some nachos.

Supper could've been better, but I wasn't in the mood to cook. Still trying to get rid of the cans of chinese.

*Edit - Taco bell has 15 items under 10g of fat, so I'm looking at those items instead. Just want to have some idea before I go, if we go, so I won't go overboard *

Not much to write tonight. Still working on lunch tomorrow.

Meal 4 - granola bar, milk
Meal 5 - chicken chow mein, bread, diet pop
Meal 6 - pb, crispbread
 
Went to taco bell like I thought we would for lunch. I had 2 ranchero chicken soft tacos off the Fresco Style menu. They were good and it was the best choice I had to pick from. I considered it a cheat meal, so I'll have to do good this weekend.
 
Yes I did. I thought it would be to tomatoy, but it wasn't. The spices put that theory to rest. I didn't really know how it would turn out, but glad I came across the recipe.

Did you ever have one of those days when it starts out good, but you cave. I did, but not bad. I had 2 handfuls of pretzel sticks and goldfishes. It kind of was half-a@@ healthy.
 
:D when you said 'cave' I thought you emptied out a pint of hagendaz :D Half ass is better than nothing. You still good ;)

A pint of hagendaz sounds so good, but I prefer ben and jerry's. I bought some neopaltin(strawberry, vanilla, chocoalte)ice cream bars. Haven't touched them yet, key word is yet..:D
 
Worked at the school today, that's where the pretzels and goldfishes come into play. Other than that, I stuck to my food plan and completely kicked a@@ again on percentages...:D Almost out of pop, probably 1/2 case left.

I uploaded a picture for MyFitprofile. The picture is me in my size 14 jeans I put on for the first time since I was in high school. I don't know if you can tell in the picture but when I first put them on they reminded me of Olivia Newton John in the end of Grease when she wore the skin tight black pants. The pants are not so tight now these days...:D
 
Today is the first day of my new birth control. I quit the depo and changed to the pill. Again one of the side effects is weight gain, but I'm not gonna let that get the best of me. I've changed my eating habits, so now I know what to do.
