It's been a long time since I've seen that quote...:D

Supper is still undecided yet, but I made Greene one of his favorite things...SPAM. Yes he eats it and so do I, but just wasn't in the mood for it. I know there are healthier things I can eat.
 
I made my goal. It's starting to slowly get easier but I still have my days, but who doesn't...:D Fat - 28%, Carbs - 44%, Protein - 28% Cals are low, but the goulash really fills me up for long periods of time.

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - goulash, bread, milk
Can Diet Dr Pepper berries and cream
Meal 3 - chicken, bread, string cheese, Diet Dr Pepper berries and cream

I bought some pop for the weekend, but it'll go fast (we'll have a 17 yr old this weekend), so not worrying about it.
 
Ash is spending the night at a friends, so it'll be just us adults..:D Finishing up the laundry, but I won't have my helper...:( I also won't have her to help me make supper, but it's hard when you have too many cooks in the kitchen, so maybe that's a good thing.
 
I made a boo-boo at meal 3 and ate too many calories. I should have just stuck with the original plan, so I'll be over in cals. Not completely freaking out, just little upset. Damn portion control!!
 
Supper turned out really good. I was amazed how easy the enchilidas were easy to make but they wouldn't stay together wrapped up. I also had rice and refried beans to go with it, but I only had one enchilida.
 
Ended up over in cals and not making my goal. Fat - 25%, Carbs - 52%, Protein - 23% Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

It's funny that what I think is bad for me is actually good, percentage wise. Supper is chili and grilled cheese and I thought that would put me thru the roof, but it didn't...:confused: I also forgot in my original recipe to put down kidney beans in it, so I added the beans in my fitday.
 
Yesterday I kicked total a@@ on my goal but went so far over on cals it's not funny. It's more like depressing and complete shock, but did I tell you that I kicked a@@ on my goal...:D Fat - 31%, Carbs - 42%, Protein - 27%

Meal 3 - chicken enchilidia, diet pop

Taking the bread out of your last meal might get it done. :)
 
Moved the couch and bed over and it wasn't easy. The couch barely squeezed into the house and the wall has a hole in it from where Greene, his son, neighbor and his friend tried to get the boxspring up the stairs...oops, but it's up there.
 
Actually it ended up having 3 little holes, 1 big hole, and 1 dent. The bed is not coming back down, ever.

Fat - 27%, Carbs - 49%, Protein - 24% and my calories were back to normal. Still eating on the enchilidias. They will be gone soon, probably by the end of the week.

Great job She, your weight is coming down nicely and it looks like you are really making progress in eating well. Hopefully this gives me a little inspiration!
 
Tell ya little secret...check out the zaar for recipes. There are some good ones out there and Stingo and I look for recipes with the cals from fat at 30% or less. You don't have to be right on 30%, but let me tell ya, the chicken enchilidas I'm still eating on came from there and when it says they are easy, they ain't lying.
 
Spent an hour at the apt bagging up trash, goodwill, stuff I want to keep. I also brought over all the bedding. It's still packed in the backseat of my car. You gotta see the goodwill pile, they're gonna love me when this is all said and done. There's still a few big items that needs to be moved out, but again we're steps closer to getting it all out.
