Greene decided to change my routine so I can do a full-body workout. I think he wants to hurt me and put me in pain..lol.

I keep forgetting to put my drinks in my diary. When I do drink diet pop (very few and far between), it is diet rite pure zero which has zero calories, carbs, caffeine, sodium.

The tea I drink has zero calories and the pink stuff also have zero calories. I usually drink at least 2 quarts a day. Sometimes I can only drink 1.
 
It is easy to see that upper body strength is your weak area. We really need to do more to improve that. Hopefully over the next few weeks we will see a big jump there. I think your legs are fine for now. I do think we need to put the LPD back in and perhaps add some farmers walks for lower back and legs. We also need to get you skating more because that really works the glutes and lower back.

i would suggest u to follow some diet honey if u want to loose weight qucik and easy..what about weight watchers? just a suggetion..i am on atkins and your menu sounds way too yummy for me to put on weight:p

You're not being nosey. I don't have a specific weight all together I want to lose, but my goal is to see 170 to begin with. Right now I'm at 186. When I get to 170, then I will go from there. I've thought about weight watchers and I'm to cheap for the meeting and a year membership. My family members did weight watchers and gained weight when they were "done". I'll get my weight down sooner or later, probably later than sooner.

"Diets" are not my thing, but I won't down anybody who does them. I would rather do the watch what you eat and exercise diet than lose it all and gain it all back and some diet.

I love this forum and the people. If you think you have a stupid question, don't afraid to post it. You will get your answer and nobody will laugh and call you stupid.
 
Food:

Breakfast - oatmeal (120 calories), milk (120 calories) = 240

Snack - protein ball = 85

Lunch - cup stir-fry (320 calories), .5 cottage cheese (90 calories), 1 tortillia (50 calories) = 468

Supper - cup soup (483 calories), 5 crackers (60 calories) = 543

Snack - banana cream bar = 100

Snack - .5 cottage cheese (90 calories), protein ball (85 calories) = 175

Grand Total = 1611

I had a breakdown and had a ice cream bar. It has been over a week since I had one.
 
Ok, so after I signed off for the night, I had to go make a beer run and bought a 16z hot chocolate from the gas station. Not sure how many calories, but it tasted oh so good!!
 
1cup milk
2cups protein powder
package of fat free pudding
3cups of oats

mix powders and milk, stir in oats, pam muffin tin and put in fridge to set.

I made this one night and it didn't come out in a bar since lack of liquid so Greene and I decided to make balls out of them. Hence, protein balls instead of protein bars.
 
OMG, it's hot out there:eek: I decided instead of sitting around on my arse after I hung the last load of laundry out to dry, I would go for a walk. Normally, it wouldn't be so bad except for the fact it is 92 degrees and the heat index is about 98 degrees (or so that's what the weather thingy said).:eek: WTF, I think I have officially lost my mind, but in all honesty, it was good to get out and walk around the park just by myself.:D
 
1 hour of walking for cardio.

Food:

Breakfast - 4 1/2 slices bacon which equals 2 thick sliced bacon(????), 3 eggs (225 calories), 2 slices toast (80 calories), butter (60 calories), milk (120 calories) = 485

Lunch - cup soup (483 calories), 5 crackers (60 calories) = 543

Supper - same as lunch = 543

Had one can of diet pop, glass of tea = 0
Tropiciana Lemondae = 100

Grand Total = 1600-1800

I'm sure I'll eat a snack, so will update later if need be.


Edit: oatmeal and protein ball = 205

Today was workout day but didn't. Maybe I'll get the workout tonight.Went with Greene instead. Not sure if we are going outside for cardio, because it is too hot and of course calling for rain. Maybe some DDR for cardio, but not sure.

Making Mexicali Pork Chops for supper tonight, so I'm not sure how they are going to taste. Greene doesn't like cheese, so I will leave it off of his. I'm going to bake them instead of frying them. Hopefully it will taste the same or I might need a back-up plan.



Edit: Decided not to bake it. Want to follow the directions as is.

I could go for something like that about now, but haven't had an appetite lately...I sure would eat some of that tho! Can I come over for dinner? ;)

PS: How can anyone NOT like cheese

Mary, when Greene was growing up, it was bologna and cheese and he got sick of it. He thought you couldn't have anything w/out cheese on it. I don't think he's ever liked cheese.
