The Start

Atta boy! Looks like you got it figured out!

How much did you lose and what are you doing?

Whatever it is...your on track! Congrats!

hey Flumes

I havent got scales readily available so I am doing this challenge on how I look and how my clothes fit.
I am down two belt sizes and am fitting into old shirts that were too tight for me, I have a family reunion end of August and I want to be a bit slimmer for that. I have also given up smoking (2months now, only three days of blips) and am feeling so much healthier, lots of people are commenting on how fresh and well I look.

I am exercising everyday, mainly 30mins interval running and swimming in the morning then weights and more interval training in the evening, I am also doing the 100 push up/200 sit up/ 200 squat challenge

Good luck with your own battle

Ashley

Congrats on the quitting smoking!

Its been almost 11 yrs for me....errr....I used to have it memorized...October 25 2000. I smoked 1-2 packs a day since I was 16ish. Im 46 now. I had a program running on my puter that told me how many cigarettes I didnt smoke and how much I saved. It was wild watching that number grow exponentially....(now I gotta find it)....k...its called Silkquit.

Check this out...Ten years, five months, two weeks, six days, 22 hours, 53 minutes and 1 second. 133873 cigarettes not smoked, saving $42,839.95. Life saved: 1 year, 14 weeks, 2 days, 20 hours, 5 minutes.

Isnt that wild??? And I haven't had a cig since. I promised myself...If I have one cigarette, I will start smoking again. And so far so good.

Anyways...nuff bout me. Again, congrats and keep it up. Its the easiest hardest thing you will ever do.

Also....nice workout numbers! Cant wait to get to those figures! Way to go!
