The Spoon, Puck and Me

I love shallots... they have the most wonderful flavor... sooo yummy...

Hope you are having a week as wonderful as you are :D

Welcome back Bronsk!!!! :D Glad to have you back. I'm sorry that you felt bad on holiday ..... fingers crossed that TOM will arrive soon .... gosh, its not very often that we are looking forward to his visit

I would wait a few days before weighing, or atleast acknowledge the fact that you will be holding a lot of water .... especially if you are PMSing ;)

PS .... although you did indulge on holiday, don't cut those cals down too drastically to make up ...... we don't want your metabolism running for the hills, do we? :D

TOM still not turned up... felt really crampy this morning again... Spoke to Dad about it (heaven forbid) and he reckons to get tested ASAP. I'd rather wait until the weekend, when I'm offically a week late. Maybe if I buy the test today, sod's law'll be that TOM'll show today. Preg tests are so expensive though...

I got my soups mixed up last night (had veggie soup at 75 kcals when I meant to have carrot and coriander at 105) So I definitely had bread, and followed that with a hot chocolate (40 kcals) A bit low, but I didn't really feel hungry, as I said.

In a bid to totally screw myself up, I'm going out for lunch today (probably.) After thinking about it, best mate is coming with her baby sister, and it's unfair to make a little 18 month old wait around in a kitchen. Plus I don't know how to make baby food... If we do for definite go out, then I'll probably have a jacket potato or something light. Good choices etc.

Mrs B, I don't think I could stand the suspence of waiting a few days before weighing. If I'm back into the 90s or something ridiculus, then I just won't make note of it; try again next week.

Anywho, off to see the wizard, the wonderful wizard of Oz...

Bronsk
