For so long now everytime I train whether I do shoulder press or chest,back or anything involving heavy sets I always hear a bone or 2 or joints make a cracking sound. It doesnt hurt but I know it happens to no one else at the gym except me. Is this normal? cuz ive never had bone problem and my joints are just fine.Could this be bad in the long run? and is there anybody else here thats felt this?
