I'm not sure what's going on with my body but it's not good! I've been working out pretty hard lately, and eating well. However, the weight isn't coming off, in fact it's going in the wrong direction....UP! I'm at a loss here, I'm not sure why I'm gaining the weight, from last week, I gained 2 pounds, WTF?!?!?! I checked back in my food diary, and I'm sticking to my eating plan, I haven't eaten anything out of the norm, and I changed my workout. I don't know if it's muscle, or if I"m just not losing any weight. What do I need to do, any suggestions?
