Starting Weight: 213.6 (a personal record

Goal Weight: 130
Mini Goal Weight: 189 by July 27th
Height: 5' 5.5"
Age: 23
Current 'Program': I am trying to eat clean and eat around 1200-1500 calories a day. I also aim to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours and to drink at least 8 cups of water a day. Right now I try to do 30 minutes of cardio everyday and a full body strength routine 3 times a week.
Plan: I plan to stick with my program and reward myself with health and workout related things (ex, food scale, songs for my Ipod, new Nalgene bottle, etc) when I meet various goals. I also plan to journal everyday. I also plan to post new pics and stats once every two weeks.
A Little About Me: I've lost weight in the past, but I didn't keep it off because the changes weren't permanent. In the spring of 2006 I went from 189 to 163 by the following spring. Since then my weight has slowly crept back up. But enough is enough. I am completely ready to make the changes necessary to live a healthy and happy life. And of course, your support will be very helpful!
