There's a considerable difference between overeating rice cakes vs. Frito's chili cheese chips or Pizza Hut.

A bad mistake done good in this case. At least you're sitting down with better snacks. Sometimes we just can't find the doomsday switch as fast as we wish we could - it happens.

Chillax and make strong moves today.

And he is right, there could have been much worse options!
 
So you ate a bag of rice cakes at least it wasnt a bad of chips...we all do things everyonce in awhile to throw off our diets best thing is...usually it makes us feel sick and we dont wanna do it agian...you are doing great, sorry I havent been by for awhile...
 
yeah so long as the rest of the week was within your rage, then all is well with the diet, it will even itself out :)

Dont' worry Change..you're doing GREAT! Trust me... it's okay... not derailing you at all! I too hate those commercials... and the trim spa and all those other stupid pill commercials. My boss from my old job had taken trimspa and she ended up looking like a haggard heroin addict. I mean seriously... lost the weight in all the wrong places and just looked sickly...not healthy... nothing like good old fashioned hurtin exercise! Feel the burn! Have a great day CFL!

T2, you're right, there is a big difference. Buuuut, maybe I didn't overeat Fritos or anything because I didn't have it in the house! lol. I'm just gonna keep stuff like that out of the house. If I do overeat, it will be on something healthy. :)

I bought TrimSpa! lol, I bought it when they first introduced it like 3 years ago maybe, I took a few, and I decided that weight loss by pills was not something that I wanted to do. I'm really pill phobic. I hate the idea of relying on medication and rather get well or do something naturally. Those pills are STILL in my medicine cabinet I think. I need to throw those things away. Anyway, Yeah, that stuff sucks. Thanks Mr. Saint! :D
 
Last night I wanted to exercise, but I'm so tired of my aerobics tape, but I put it in, turned the volume down, and put on some music that I wanted to dance to. So I watched the aerobics video for motivation, but did my own dancing and stuff. It felt really good. I wonder how many calories I burnt, afterwards I was sweating profusely.

I'll weigh myself again tonight for the challenge, hopefully I dropped a few. The scale I have says I weigh 277. I hope thats what the Curves scale says too, if not, no biggie. But if I get down to 277, I'll be half way to may first goal mark! I can't wait.

I had gotten rid of most of the snacky foods in my house
except a few frozen ones for the kiddies but I done replaced
alot of thier cabnet snacks with canalope fruit coctails 100
calorie snacks ect my moto is outta sight outta mind, now
to just get those commercials banned lol!

Hiya J, yay on the 2lb loss!! Great job girl!! I can't have junk food in the house either. Just too tempting. The other day I got this big binging urge and so I cut open an apple and went to town. Halfway through I though 'this is ridiculous' and just walked away with the other half of the apple sitting on the counter. Just got to be conscious of it - and I agree overeating on healthy stuff is a step in the right direction.

It has been a while since I was on the site, but back up and running and decided to check in on how you are doing. Looks like you are doing great. Congrats!
I have started a diary as well and just love the advice I am getting. Reading yours also gives me more info. (I started at the first of the year and doing pretty good myself).
Congrats on your success so far. Keep up the great work, you can do it.
Never tried the rice cakes, guess I need to check them out huh?

So, I stepped on the scale (at home, not Curves) and I'm 3lbs heavier? ACK!!!!! Maybe those rice cakes caught up with me? Dunno. I have been exercising and eating right.

I'm scared, tomorrow is my monthly weigh in and measurement at Curves and I was hoping for a number like 277!! But the scale says 280 again.

I'm drinking water like its going out of style hopefully flushing some possible water weight out of my body. Need good numbers tomorrow!

Yeeks on the weight!

though i have noticed sometimes the weight takes a week to either move or regain from whatever you did :/
