Great job getting up and exercising on a Sunday morning!! That's dedication girlfriend. Great job on a 2 lb loss. You're doing it!!! Hurray!!
 
So We're not the only ones on this board that are addicted to that show?!?! I went as far as downloading the theme song and it's on my iPod now for motivation while I work out!
 
MissJellyBelly, I'm so ADD, I kinda got distracted and ended up leaving the computer for a bit. lol. Maybe next time I'll be able to chat more.

SS, Yeah, totally love Biggest Loser. I don't think losing weight that fast is heathy, buuut, you gotta do what you gotta do. I looove how motivating it is. And that song is so great. I'm such a baby or maybe I'm just emotional lately, but I can't listen to that song, it makes me wanna cry. lol
 
Food for today...

Breakfast - Toast w/Jelly, Scrambled Eggs w/Ketchup
Snack - Ice Cream
Lunch - Jr. BK Whopper (my mom bought it, ugh, I shouldn't have ate it)
Dinner - Chicken Mediterranean & Mashed Potatoes
Snack - Banana & Oreo Thin Crisps

Total: 1621 Calories.

Exercise: 2 Hours of Aerobics. (An hour in the morning and an hour at night)

EDIT: Oh yeah, I weigh in tomorrow at Curves for my one month weigh in. The weight thing won't be a surprise but I hope I see some good measurements.

When I kook at my siggy and see 8 outta 1072 miles completed it kinda discourages me but you watch they will add up fast...

I watched the first 2 weeks then didn't get back into it until the week Marty got sent packing and I haven't missed it since.

The show really amplifies how important exercise (and LOTS of it) really makes their body's look better, IE: Marty and I lost near the same amount of weight but he really looks good shape-wise compared to my saggy areas. A lesson learned however I don't have access to the equipment those people have - makes a HUGE difference.

Yeah, seriously, that's what a lot of people lack is good equipment and trainers.

I've been using my gazelle and bike... MTM&K and I were simply FLOOOOOOORED with Marty that week...was amazing. And now...looking at the preview for next week...looks simply amazing! My body stature is currently like Wiley's, so I'm REALLY interested to see what he gets down too and what "I'll" look like when I loose my weight! LOL
 
So, I just went to Curves to get my measurements. Let me tell ya, its bittersweet results. I don't know whether to cry or just be grateful about the results. They aren't that great. Here's a link to my past results.

I don't understand how I could GAIN 3 inches in my calves and gain 1 inch in my arms. The good thing though is that my body fat is down a bit, and that's the only thing that really matters, isn't it? The gain could be from muscle, but I really have no way of proving that.

I also gained two ounces since I weighed myself this past Saturday. But I guess that could be anything, and I'll wait again until Saturday to weigh myself to get a more accurate result.

The previous month I lost so much weight and inches that I think it got me extremely cocky, and I expect to see the same results all the time. :mad::eek::(

Oh well. Now I'm on month 3, and I should start again new. :rolleyes:

Don't get down on yourself over inches and pounds! The point is you have changed your lifestyle and you are following a diet and excersizing. Now the weight has no choice but to come off and slow is the way girl, slow is how you keep it off. Keep your chin up and your nose to the grindstone.
 
Hey girlie! Don't get down about the inches, hell they look GREAT! My inches and arms "grew" one month...but you gotta think about it. If you're working out muscle is going to build at some point OR it could simply be user error and the person didn't measure at the exact same point as last time. I know my calves went up on one measurement and my arms went up a few times. But I look at them and they are both far more defined than before.

Don't sweat it, those numbers look GREAT to me!
 
maybe they measured u in a wrong spot last time, you never know, but don't worry time will make the difference!

As far as the inches, I honestly would prefer to loose weight, I can loose inches like crazy but the weight is alot harder for me to take off...I always stay the same in my arm or gian...it doesnt suprize me wih my work and my youngest being 40 lbs and me beign right handed and playign tennis and so the list goes on...

You lost 5.5 lbs was it, good for you, look at that number and not the inches, you are doing well my friend...
