The ridges in my abs...

You know how in a six pack, eventually the ridges go deeper and the muscle goes harder? Well, I have a six pack after a few months of ab training...
Well in my lowest vsible ridge i can feel it easily, i go lower to where my belly button is and I can feel an extra ridge developing...the road to an 8 pac, yet it isn't visible and I can only feel it. My girlfriend noticed this aswell...I'm excited as 8 pacs aren't that common...

yet to boost the speed of it developing I would like some people to tell me a days workout for this if that isn't too much trouble?

All i do now is 4 sets of crunches (sometimes weighted depends on how i feel) and cable turnovers. That's about it...


OH and would those impulse belts work aswell? I bought one for 90 pounds for my mum a couple of years ago...a slendertone one...
does anybody suggest i have a go on this aswell?

This is what I do. 1x25 of 10lb weighted crunches on M and F. and on wednesday i do bicycle(obliques), leg raises(low abs), and doggy(extend one arm and one leg).
If excersies are getting 2 easy start using more weights.
