The real me! (for now that is )

I keep telling myself i'm going to do this but i just wanted a diet buddy too. My friends are not buddy materials cause they say there find with their weight, so i dont even mention the word around them(diet). but when they see me eating healthier and avoiding certain things such as alcohol it upsets them! go figure! There's toooo many health issues going on , on both sides of my family that I can and want to avoid. And I can do that if I lose the weight. As a matter of fact I AM going to lose the weight I'm tired of being sensitive around them. This is my health were talking about. They cant live it for me only I can. And I plan on being here a long time, meaning it's time to get serious and it's time to get real and be my true self -(blkbeauty)! So that means Move More, And Eat Less ! Exercise ! And getting real about my self and my health. so if anyone have any tips there more than welcome. Plus i'm going to post my before pictures, so if anyone have any tips on any exercise tips for my body shape I'm more than willing to listen cause I'm willing to listen even if it harsh cause I really need to face reality. So bring on the truth. Oh and my hubby says he's for me losing but truthfully he doesn't want me small. But my healthy weight is suppose to be between 145-164 and I was going for 167 he says 200 is my limit. But guess what It's my life and my health and I'm going for the 167!
