The Other Amy's Diary :P

even if you don't feel great before your cardio, most people feel better afterwards even if it is just the achievement of completing a task you may not like.

I read in a fitness magazine once that you should get dressed in your jogging clothes and step out the front door even if you don't feel like doing anything. It says that if you want, you can go back in again, but chances are when your dressed and ready to go you will do it, its that first part which is the hardest. Or maybe if you don't jog outside you could just drive to the gym.

I'm now thinking "Gym'll fix it". If you aren't english and not around my age you won't have a clue what im talking about. Oh well. Random!

Food is more important than exercise anyway :D

Alright, so it's been a few days since I wrote. I have a busy life!

I lost another pound this week. Yay! Slow and steady wins the race, right?

Also, I had a cheat meal at Popeye's. Oh yum. Fried chicken, dirty rice, and a delicious biscuit. It was DIVINE. Yes, I felt a little guilty, but I also reminded myself that cheat meal are important, and without them, I wouldn't be able to continue eating well for very long. I can't have oatmeal, boiled eggs, and english muffins every single day. It gets tiring. Popeye's was awesome, and I didn't go overboard, so I'm totally ok with it.
