I can't believe the results I'm getting, I've lost about 4 inches in my waist since I started them, and I am actually starting to feel the abbies on my belly. I'm toning up sooo much. My arms have crazy defintion and my legs are looking good. (sorry if this sounds arrogant =S) The thing is if your looking to build a little muscle it's definitely gonna happen. I have read a few posts here where people have said they don't want to build muscle so I dunno what your goal is =)
I really enjoy the work outs. Like I said 2 I think is the best, but 5 is a really short but good cardio (it's the hip hop one). And it's nice to see Carmen Electra having a tough time and losing her breath =) ha ha
