In my last diary, I documented the loss of 10 lbs, so I'm starting a new one. I'll start a new one for every 10 lbs I lose. Hopefully this one will be as short as my last one 
For starters, I'm 31, female, 190 lbs and 5'3" tall. I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelit dinner...oh...wait...this is my weight loss diary, not my online dating profile...n/m
Right now I'm working the nutrisystem plan. this is a super easy plan for me, and honestly way cheaper then going to the store to try and buy healthy food....aside from fruits and veg, our stores are in short supply of anything but wonder bread, white rice, spam and crisco. I get much more variety and bulk in my meals now then I did trying to eat 1200 calories of that. Although, produce is sucking here...I can' only eat cauliflower and cabbage so many times...
for physical activity I'm doing the JM 30 day shred, hip hop abs, mountain biking and hopefully, the cardio equipment at my gym is done being moved to its new home during the summer renevation and I can find an elliptical to work on.
So, here's to the next 10 pounds...
