I'll definitely take it. If every week has to be an A, it is too hard to keep up for the long term. I'm down a bit more now and its about 15 pounds total since I rededicated myself.

Wow, thanks for all the support. I haven't really had a chance to check in on other diaries since I returned, but I plan on changing that ASAP. This was a B week as far as calories, but a D week for exercise. I'm able to drop 2 or 3 pounds a week on caloric intake alone, but to have this really work the way it should I need to get to the gym more than twice a week. In fairness the weather has been putrid here. We had -35 windchill here today and yesterday, but as long as I'm out of the house to teach I should be able to get a workout in.

Since Restart - 18 Pounds Lost
Total Weight Loss - 37 Pounds Lost
 
HOLY CRAP, -35?!?!?!

I can't even imagine. Currently it's been in the mid 70s over here, although today is cooler than it's been and I think it'll be back to "cold" again, soon (California). Sorry about that! How do you even go outside??

We were at -20 windchills and it was insainity, you have us beat boy...eeewww is all i can say.We are actually back in the plus now and it is warmeer, i dont need to bundle up as ridiculously as I was...

I think what you said about getting the food and exercise happening at the same time, is critical.
 
Hi Cannon, hope you're having a good week. Congratulations on 37 pounds lost and enjoy your exercise when you get it in, (or after you get it in- the enjoyment comes after doesn't it?) I'm doing better this week.
 
Its wonderful to see you are doing so well, you are going to be a killer when you amp up the exercise.
