Hey man thanks for the post in my thread, always good to hear from you. Now its time to fuss a little. just because you are out of action due to injury, doesn't mean you don't lose! i have faith in the scale moving down for you. even though aren't expecting much, which i guess is fair. remember when i was out with my back injury? 3 pounds lost baby. and believe me not all my choices were healthy, just keep in mind the more you do this the more your body will do a lot of the work for you with out exercise. We are turning our bodys into calorie burning machines, and working out is just a small percentage of it. i would guess and say 30% is from exercise and the rest is from diet, which includes eating proper nutrients. sucks about the injury still, but it is great to hear your body is healing now. Keep it up man! i'm starting to widen the gap between us again! can't let that happen!
