Pretty good stuff. I like the fact that hes strong as hell but yet not built like a roided up mr olympia type guy. Wish they had subtitles though.
Few more pounds and he'd be near as strong as me !!! :)
 
Pretty good, he needs to work on his form on squatting though, he needs to bring his hands in closer. That's what Mark Ripptoe says in Starting Strength. He could do without that worthless areobic stuff at the end. On the leg raises he's barely even working his abz. On the curls he needs to stop cheating because that makes you weak. He does way too many curls. Hurcules curls are lame and don't work anything functional. Overall pretty good, lots of potential, he may be able to amount to something some day if he keeps at it, stops messing around in the gym, and does some real work.
 
I may also add that he should be doing a FBW. What an inefficient split. He'll never get anywhere with curls and bouncing squats.

Hows his diet? I hope he's eating enough because all that cardio he's doing is going to make him catabolic. He should be getting into ketosis and of course carb cycling. He needs a motivational thunder to get him educated, otherwise hes going to end up weak and slow, with bad knees. I myself have super low bf% because I'm so awesome. Let me show you pics, hold on.
 
He needs HIIT and I hope he's getting Whey Isolate+WMS 10 seconds post workout and eating 22-23 meals per day. Plus his feet were angled out too far in his squats. Pus.

I'm thinking of adding more cardio somehow, maybe I'll do skipping too. I used to hate all that stuff but the longer I've been training the more I'm embracing other training methods and realising I still don't know **** (a good place to be I think).

Seeing videos like that are cool and I love watching the BB bounce about like that, it's by far the most beautiful sight in the gym

Ha, just read this again and wanted to clarify, by BB I meant barbell, not body builder, I can see how people might come to two very different conclusions if they misunderstood that :D

It's pretty obvious that he is trying to be like one of the big muscly guys i mean he doesn't even train for toning hes just rlly bulky he probably cant even reach up hes too big lol personally i try to do a lot of toning and stretching go to yoga 3x a week to keep myself fit and healthy i mean being that big isnt even good for you and girls dont even like it lol amirite

see now, that was sorta my point, is that he is a bb, but he maintains his flexibility. I think that is cool, and takes an upper level of body understanding, and comitment of time and effort.

Most people are one or the other. I am working to be rounded, in some way, but I don't take anough time. I always train "event specific". that is one thing I like about going from endurance- the triathlons, to now strength and explosive throwing.

But as I am lifting heavy, gaining weight, I am losing VO2, and flexibilty and my ability to say jkump rope for 5 straight minutes. Shoot I cant even get 3 anymore.

So- I look for model, and I think this dude with the strength, and the flexibility, and still being trained my others, is an exception.

I'll bet this dude can run with 9-10 mm runners, play football with the pros, lift with the major bb's and play volleyball all day, or whatever life brings.

I like that.

As far as girls go- I aint one-- lol.

I can say I get hit on as much today as I did when I was in ironshape.

But honestly I think I felt better a birt trimmer.
