The long and winding road hurts my fat feet

Well progress has been poor. I have been eating like I am working out like crazy, and in the meantime, being sick, pretty much non stop, I have not been working out much.

Yeah, I know.

Man guys, I am fat right now. My loose fat pants fit, really well, and my "Hey, these pants look goo on me" pants....they basically cause renal failure.

So Jr does have pneumonia, and MFGT is home with him until at least Friday. He's hacking up bits of his lungs. Its strange, he didn't even have a cold until Sunday, and then we took him to the Dr on Monday, and hey- guess who's go pneumonia.

Long story short, no workouts this week thus far.

I'm sorry your child is ill. One of my kids got pneumonia when he was a teenager, and man was he sick. I hope it's better soon!!

ya know if you let me give him the whiskey - he' be fine :D whiskey kills germs :D

Seriously though, i hope that cute little man is feeling better soon :D and the parents get some rest..

Man that pneumonia sure is going around. I was talking to a guy with a 4 year old who had it. I hope he gets better soon.

Well, I have been eating a little better, and doing some light workouts. I feel better every day and will be back in the full swing of things hopefully Monday.

I weighed myself for the first time since New Years Day, and I have lost 5 pounds. Thats pretty exciting, and it makes me want to get to the gym and eat better.

This year I am doing things a little differently, in for my main scale I am using the scale at the rec center, and it is metric, so I am going to go by Kg, and try and lose 10 Kg every 3 months. Thats about 22.1 pounds I think. At any rate, it helps me to track progress, but I don't obsess about it. Does that make sense?
