I am so sore today. I can barely breath my upper back is so tight. Life goes on though. I am skipping workouts until Thursday/Friday to get a good recovery period in there. Then come Monday I will start over new. I want to lose 20-25 pounds by the end of the year, and then about 20-25 more by April. So its time to start eating better to compliment my workout scheduele.
Its weird. When you miss workouts, your body starts carrying stress worse. Like I can not concentrate at all today.
