The long and winding road hurts my fat feet

ok, I am off to fight the good fight, and make the shirt fit a little better for the fan club....lol. Tonight I will kick some serious booty on the weights to burn off that over-doing-allowed-food guilt.
 
Guilt can be quite a motivator, but don't feel too guilty. We all know we have to make our diet changes work for everyday life :D .

Thank you. Losing weight an a great rate still. Down about another 1 and a half pounds form last week at this time.
 
If anyone is not doing anything on Saturday and they want to hang out with me, I will be camping in line to get a Wii.
