Hi... Good luck with the last 20. Good job on all the activity. None of your posts describe what u are eating. That should me priority. U cannot out train a bad diet
Thank you for your comment RJ! Totally agree with you- I cannot out train a bad diet. Here's my general diet:
Usually for breakfast it is oatmeal or cereal.
My mid morning snack is apple & a cup of coffee- one sweetener and three milks ( I really can't drink coffee any other way).
I'm trying to shoot for salads at lunch time instead of a sandwich- trying not to eat too much bread- just that I don't even like bread as much. The only reason I eat so much of it is because its stocked up at home!
Dinner is a toughie. Probably my heaviest meal of the day (when it should not be). Usually rice with different variations- veggies, lentils, chicken etc.
Even if I do stick to the plan above the problem is reaching out for the junk food in between lunch and dinner. But I am working on that.
On the upside, today, I woke up at 5:30 am and walked 2.5 miles around the neighbourhood
Anyhoo, off to take a shower, get some breakfast, study for a bit and then off to work. Monday morning. Gotta love it.
