The Journey of a one legged fat guy

Yeah really. My doctor recommended it to me. If you do a full treatment you are supposed to lose several inchs off your body. Note she did say that it isnt perminate. If you gain back the weight the cells will go back to the way they were. Kind of a bummer that, but better than saggy skin.

How's it going Bro? Ya know... I remember a time when you were in here posting all day long... you, Fish and a couple of flirty girls lol ;)... Now there is so much dust in here, I can't even see you!!!! WTH!!! :leaving:

I know! My boss started cracking down on the internet usage. :(

I did the Senergy thing last night, very imperesive. I notice a small difference in just one treatment. My skin is tauter. Now if I can get insurance pick it up Ill be golden.

I hit 178 today. It will be a close race to 170 this month. We will see.

Insurance will pay for Senergy treatments? That would be great!!! When are you getting another treatment done?

Im glad you reminded me. Im waiting for my Doctor to call me back with information about that. Ill go again if they will cover the treatments.

I know that Ive been remiss on posting in here as of late, so here is a little update.

I am holding in the high 70s for the last week. Diet has been ok. I fudged a little over the weekend, but for the most part I was doing good. Im keeping my calories between 1500 and 1900. My water intake is good. I am drinking about 90oz a day, could do more.

Exercise has been good. I like my new gym a lot. All of the cardio machines have TVs built into them with cable, so thats nice. Im riding my bike almost 5 times a week to work and to the gym. Thats about 12 miles a day. The main problem Im running into right now is my leg. I am having a lot of trouble with pain in my stump from my artifical leg not fitting correctly. I try to run but I cant do the endurance that I used to be able to do. I also dont have the speed. I have started the process of making my new leg, but I wont have the finished product for a couple of more weeks.

Weight training is going very well. Ive started pushing my weight training up now. I am starting to see more definition in my arms and chest and more strength. So that is good.

When I started my weight loss, I wore 42x32 jeans with XXlarge shirts. Now I wear 32x32 jeans with Medium shirts. Some of the shirts are a little tight, but not too bad.

I went to a going away party this weekend for some friends. There were a lot of people there that I havent seen in about 3 months. It was kind of over whelming the way everyone was coming up to me and telling me how thin I was since last they saw me. I got embarrassed. It felt great, but there were so many people doing it it made me feel awkward. What I find interesting is that Im starting to have dreams about old friends that I havent seen in 15 years. Dreams that Im thin now and seeing their reactions.

So that is my update. Hope all of you guys are doing well.

Yay! Thanks for the update... that's great about the people noticing your weight loss! It's kinda a back-sided compliment in a way I guess but I wish someone would notice MY efforts lol... I just posted about that yesterday in my diary... :nopity:
