Ah, alright I guess. I just cant keep my calories in check. I was at 2200 yesterday. I upped my work out today to compinsate. Hopefully that will work.

That is very true. I really wanted it but I resisted.
 
Great news all. I have kept my calories under control for 3 days now and I weighed in at 187 this morning. The double workouts have helped too.

Barging in here :) Where do you get the energy for double workouts??!? I used to do it, but now I just feel so drug out. I can hardly force myself to do one!

I went back and read the beginning of your journal. Very late congrats on winning the bet with your friend. I will have to go back and read more to see if he actuallly wore the pink spandex...or you could save me time and just tell me....:)
 
Thank you. Actually, he weazeled out of the bet. Too bad.

What I mean by double is just doubling time I work out. Normally I do 30 mins of cardio and this week Im up to 1 hour a day.
 
UPDATE: HELL YEAH!!!! Im very happy today. I got back to 185 this morning. Enough screwing around and lets do this baby!!!! Short term goal is 182 on a week from monday. I also started the process of getting my new leg made. Very exciting business there. Lets hope my body keep purging the weight like this for a couple more weeks.
 
On my way down! 184 this morning. If Im lucky I can hit the 183 mark by friday.

Had a little accident yesterday. Wiped out on my bike on my way to the gym. Tweaked my neck and bruised my chest a little. I went over my handle bars in the most embarrasing way possible. I was still able to go work out later in the night. Taking my bike in for a major over hall today. Should be good to go for next week. Saves me tons on gas money too.

Food has been much better. Keeping my calories under control. Around 1500 a day. Drinking over 100 ounces of water a day. Im on a good track again.
 
Im getting there. lol I am looking into this thing called Synergy for my extra skin. Ever heard of it? Kinda vacuum massage.
 
Ive never heard of Synergy. I'll have to look that up. Do you have a lot of extra skin? I'm sure hoping my goes back to a decent level. Last time I lost a lot of weight, I had to exercise quite a bit before my ab skin tightened up. I know for some people, nothing they do helps.

So far my skin looks great after the losing the 33. Hoping for more of the same as I lose the rest.

Where ya been?? How's the weight loss going?

I've heard (a little) about Synergy. I actually had an employee that was going to aestician school and was doing a class on it... from what I've heard, it works really well. :) Too bad our skin isn't like shrink wrap... lose weight, turn on the blow dryer and heat to desired tightness!!! That would be SWEET!!!
