Well, on the bright side Matthew, you have the opportunity to work out a little more to balance it all out...still stinks about the job thing, but at least this is a bright spot in it...
 
Latest on the weight loss. This morning I weighed in at 194 Yeah! Almost into the 180s. Soon soon.

This morning was cool. I did this 15 mile bike trek. It was great and I did a work out in the middle. Did 15 mins on the tredmill thats broken and wont go fast, oh well, and 15 on the stairs. So great workout today. Too bad I ate a bunch of Sushi. Oh I love Sushi, yummy yummy yummy. So I havnt figured out what my calories are for the day but I am a little high. Ill get it tomorrow. Until then. Bye!

Ok, I really suck. This last couple of weekends have been party time and its sooooo hard to keep your calories under control when you party.

It sure is hard to party on a diet! It can be done though, but sometimes you just need to have fun without saying no!

You'll be back at it in no time. I know how you are, losing pounds out of no where. hehe

Ive actually just got back on track. I weighed in at 191 this morning, a new low for me. Im coming up on the 80s fast.

Ive been working on exerciseing pretty well, been doing more around town bike riding.

Sorry Ive been erratic about posting. Hopefully Ill be back on more regularly.
 
Sorry to everyone for being so behind on this thread.

Ok, I guess Ive just started slipping since the bet was over. I really need the accountability here. Im holding to my diet about 75% of the time, but when I screw up its bad. Like yesterday I was on track to really do well until I started drinking wine. The wine in and of itself wasnt bad but the munchies that came after killed me. That is just one example of what has been happening. Low on will power I guess.

Dont get me wrong I am still losing weight just not like what I was doing. Im about 8 pounds behind where I wanted to be at this point. I am hoping to catch up before my anniversery, July 23. Also, I have a reward for hitting 180 pounds. I get my first Tattoo. Im sooooo stoked.

Work outs have been random. Ive been pretty good about going. Just not in any pattern or routine. Ive also been a little spastic about what my work outs have been. Ive been good on cardio but not lifting. I have also been nursing a sore leg. That makes it hard to do long cardio workouts. Once or twice a week I will go on a long bike ride, 15 to 17 miles. Its great to be out in beautiful weather. Not the hardest cardio but exercise is exercise. Out there burning calories.
