I actually don't have anyone planned, I'd love to do Mreik and LV but I have way too much on at work at the moment and I'm off for a week next week

Anyone who thinks they could do a good job is welcome to take over if they wish
 
I read the whole thing, and I made notes Don. With all thaty I have in retunr, let me just say a few things.

You have the same birthday as my youngest daughter and she is a drama queen too- maybe there is something to that astrology mumbo jumbo! hahahaha but I'm a drama BOY too, so maybe there's not, I was born in April! LOL :yelrotflmao:

I like what you said abotu combat-- for me the simple way is this-- get in a fight with me, and there is no winner. For even if I dominate- I feel no victory, and if you dominate, I assure you there will be a long term negative effect to your victory.

the diet and overcoming environment tips, seeing what others don't see, was fantastic

the obstaining from intoxication for the sake of obstaining is credible. I am the same way, thoiugh I did have a ton of issues in the past with intoxication.

the peak into your brain helped me understand why I can't just "hate" you- we are too much alike.

and lastly- as much as it pains me to say it- I am glad Kate didn't hit ya with the truck. she's a doll! And her doin time would be a shame. hehehe

Wow, I just saw this tonight... read through the first page, really cool reading this stuff.

BTW Tony, I totally thought you were like 33 years old. haha, your only 4 years older than me. crazy.
 
I just saw this myself and I think it's an amazing idea. I literally got choked up a couple times reading your interview Chillen and although your life story is pretty harrowing I think it's very inspirational to emerge from a life like that to be the person you are today.

CCR great work with these interviews, and thanks to everyone who has participated thus far!
 
this is a really cool thread. Glad it was bumped cuz I didn't even know it existed.

Chillen thats a great story about your police experience. People need to just learn that 99% of cops are good and just doing their job. I would have helped you out had I been there LOL.

FF's was a good read as well. Really cool how you turned your life around.

CCR keep up the interviews. If you can.
 
Yeah, I've generally been slacking recently but I just needed a bit of a break.

I stopped doing the interviews because I got bored of them but I'll think about doing a few more soon seeing as they're so popular

I really loved reading all of these. It's so nice to be able to get to know some of the forum's contributors :)

Chillen ... I thought my childhood sucked. Reading about yours brought back all those feelings again ... they never really go away, do they?

There's a song by Big Wreck titled "Blown Wide Open" ( and ) and to me, what they're saying is it doesn't matter how hard you try to bury the past, it will always come back to bite you in the ass unless you deal with it properly.

You have not only dealt with your past properly, you've dealt with it in ways that transcend the human condition. I'm not easily impressed. But your style has impressed me from the word go.

By forming an obsessive compulsion for seeking approval? Sorry, but "dealing" with your past by shoving it to the side claiming, "I am the opposite of my upbringing and therefore I am not affected by it," doesn't indicate any of what you said.
 
Maybe it doesn't to you. But I don't really care what you think, Lei.

Obviously our perspective is very different. I don't think Chillen has an obsessive compulsion for seeking approval, nor do I think he simply shoved his past aside.

And until you have walked a mile in Chillen's shoes, you have absolutely no right to judge.
 
I would guess LeiYunFat and i_love_muscle know each other and are carrying on a scrap from last time in an old thread? Wouldn't it have been better to see who could squat more than the other in terms of bodyweight? :sport:
