I like it!
I think almost all training schemes can be beneficial when alternated throughout the year based on a given training block and set of goals. I would get too bored if I just took one theory and ran with it forever.
I am currently working with drop set schemes to see how that works out for hypertrophy and strength(mostly hypertrophy). Previously I was doing 5x5 and 6x3 schemes for strength. Next, I'm planning to work with 3 day/week full body programs. After which I should be ready for a massive cutting phase in preparation for the summer. Time for a little "melt down" for those who are familiar with Don Alessi.
