Yesterday was my "free" day so I ate a little bit more:
breakfast: fruit juice
lunch: 1 cascione (it's a kind of sandwich made with a very thin bread...it looks almost like a giant ravioli) with vegetables and gorgonzola = 422 cal
snack: strawberries
dinner: (at the restaurant) pasta with trout, grilled vegetables, 2 little pieces of potatoes, 1 slice san daniele ham.
exercise: biked 40 min.

I'm going to make it up by eating only fruits at lunch today.

Believe it or not, strawberries have less calories than apples, oranges or pears...and they're so much more tasty! :D

Yep, I love strawberries also. My school just had a chocolate and strawberries night, and I smuggled a nice amount of strawberries out of the dining hall so that I could have them as snacks during the week. They're so tasty, and I love having them with some yogurt.
 
What a horrible night! My friends insisted to go to the restaurant (again) and guess who came along? That stupid, super thin, super rude coworker of mine. I swear I hate her. She was sitting next to me and she ordered all the things I like but I can't eat. And in the end she also ate a huge piece of chocolate cake. I hate her. I was in such a bad mood I wanted to cry. It's so difficult sometimes to be the only one who can't eat what the others are eating.
How can I think about my final goal when August is so far and those appetizers so near?
Anyway, I managed to control myself once again.

breakfast: low fat yogurt
lunch: boiled shrimps and fish with salad (olive oil and salt)
dinner: grilled meat and salad + carrots

I hate that woman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Oh gosh, I would have pushed the skinny girl on the floor and stolen her food. lol.

You did good though, by not giving in and ordering any foods that could leave you regretting it. Takes a lot of will power!

Just remember what she is doing to her body. You are treating your body with respect, and love. It will catch up with her, but you are starting some awesome habits, and eating well will end up coming naturally to you. August is not that far away, look it's already the middle of Feb! Just imagine how amazing you will feel by then! I wish I had your will power.

Girl I am so proud of you, b/c you mess around and put some McDonald FF in front of me I would pass out!!!lol Good job though, remember the enemy tries his best to get us off track b/c he knows our future and anything he can use to get us off track, he will do it!!! We got power though!!! Do your thang girl, let's see how low can you go!!!!

If your coworker keeps eating like that, think of how she'll look and feel in August compared to you.. And if she doesn't gain weight doing that, she must be eating nothing when no-one's looking. How good for her is that?
What you're doing right now is something that will benefit you for the rest of your life. You have every right to feel really good about yourself for just trying your best in good eating and exercise and let the results (not only weight-loss but changes in your general mood, energy and self-image) speak for themselves.
At some point your coworker will just be amazed by the healthy, glowing you. ;)

Thank you guys, I really needed to hear those words! I was in such a bad mood yesterday! I felt like crying... But now I feel really better and proud of myself and my selfcontrol. :D
 
Tonight I had a little too much bread but it's ok, at lunch I had dietetic pasta :)
I ate salmon again because I don't like meat very much so I eat fish more often.

breakfast: skim milk and cereals
lunch: pasta with tomato sauce
snack:1 kiwi + 1 glass iced tea
dinner: vegetable soup, whole grains bread and salmon.

I weighed today and the scale said 75. I should be happy but I'm actually a little worried because it's too much weight in too little time. I'll go to the doctor tomorrow and see what he hinks about it.
 
dont worry venice girl.. sometimes it all comes off really suddenly then it goes really slowly for a while. it might just be because of the new healthy and more active lifestyle you have started to lead now. i know that in my first week i didnt lose a thing then in my second week i lose 5 lbs all of a sudden and now i have lost a pound a week since then, sometimes nothing per week. but i havent put it back on!
and sod that skinny cow - one day when she hits middle aged she will suddenly not be able to cope with that diet and she will become a big blob. and then you will be able to sit and eat lots more than she can cos you will have more muscle and be more active and be able to burn those calories off quicker :p
 
It could just be water! Dont worry too much. I dont know what 75 means to be honest lol, but sometimes water does shift our weight a bit depending on certain things :) keep it up! You are doing so awesome!
