Yes, you can do it, thyroid issues or not! We will help. Oh yeah, my scale was on KG because my BF cleaned the bathroom and probably knocked the switch, so when I stepped on and saw "64" I was like, "holy crap! What the heck?" then "Oh. KGs." Hee hee!

I've been on a last minute holiday with the bf it was soooo sweet! We really needed some time for us. Plus, he organised a wonderful candle light dinner and at the end of it he gave me a gorgeous ring I'm SO happy!
I did quite good foodwise: I didn't lose weight, but I didn't gain any neither so I'm satisfied.
So, back on track today! I went biking and it was really funny 'cause today's a perfect spring day. I could smell flowers and grass

I guess we're going to be engaged for a long time because we don't have money right now to marry but it's great to know he wants to spend the rest of his life with me!
breakfast: 5 crackers and a cup green tea lunch: ravioli with asparagi and low fat cream cheese + some bread snack: 1 kiwi + a cup green tea dinner: cotolette alla milanese (kind of fried meat) + long beans + vegetables + 1 apple exercise: biked for 30 minutes.
I know, the cotolette are fried, but I only ate two. Plus, the calorie intake was noy very high today.
