The I'm Getting Married Diary, By Mickey

I will have to hunt out a lesson or two. Mickey isnt my real name :D It is the nickname i picked up at high school, i was a real tom boy... It kinda suits me better than my own name.
 
Mmmmm foodies

Today i have hada plain english muffin - no butter, a bit of a berry nice crunch from macca and a pancake

Lunch was a salad with sundried tomatoes(2) a few bits of feta and a salad and pork wrap.

Dinner A blt from maccas, and a diet coke. I also stole 2 bits of choc from my step dads fridge.... but over all good. Water is a totaly different story, i only have a 600ml bottle all today, :( i am a bad bad gurl.
 
Working it Out Baby

Wow a 25 min workout! i did it. I even pushed threw the PAIN... hahah. Now i plan to do 8 each of push up, crunches, dryswims, wall sits, and finaly leg curls....
 
definitely find a place you can try them on - or a similar style to them... they're both really pretty dresses... or even find a dress maker who can give you the best of both parts and create you ac ustom dress...

I checked out the dresses. Cool. Are wings an Aussi thing or are you daring to be different. Here, it's almost always a simple white - Boring. I like the wing dress myself but I'm a guy so I wouldn't put much weight on my opinion, no pun intended.

WOWSER .. I am totallly a medieval fantasy fan.. I write fantasy short stories and I have a book I am writing when I am not working on my homework ...

Those are beautiful dresses .. you have to tell me what site you are getting them from ..
I had a medieval dress picked out for the wedding that was supposed to take place eight years ago .. I was young ..too young ..
but anyway ..my mom threw out the pattern ... I wish she hadnt lol

but I shall get a new one when my bf and I plan our wedding ... I plan to possibly make my dress ...because I dont think I could find a dress that would completely fit my body ..but I have three years ..or three years till we get engaged ..its been almost four years together so far ...

I love both of them ... the second one might be a little more slimming ..but the first one is beautiful two ..must be so hard to choose ..wouldnt you just love to get both and just wear one half the day and than the other half the night ..:rofl:

Wowa a great day!

Had a super day today! i did my 25 mins on the treadmill, i ate great... Breaky was 2 pieces toast, yoghurt and an nashi pear. Lunch was a yumo salad and ham wrap. I loaded it up with salad, tasted like heaven. And dinner was a veggie and chicken stir fry, with more vegies than i could poke a stick at! Mmmm i even drank my 3l of water today :D

Damn the cheese cake.... I only had a small pieces and gave half back... oh and a teny bit of icecream... So proud i didnt eat the whole thing.

And what a great diet menu.... on the previous post you posted for yesterday ... Im up this morning ...lmao ... I am going ..maybe with my mom to her work ... going to walk around Kittery Maine today ... and I am taking a short walk this morning before we go to her work ...

and of course we are picking up highlighters for my microeconomics book ...this is a tuff class ...lots of reading ...but I am enjoying the subject matter ...just can't get the syllabus up so I can copy it onto a paper ... I dont even know what it says ...so I have no idea what I should be reading .. I am just going to read a few chapters than I was supposed a couple weeks ago and catch up this week ..lmao

but anyway ... what do you do?

Self Control, lol nah it is the fact i know how long i am going to have to run on that damn treadmill if i eat it. Yesterday not soooo good, i suppourt breast cancer fund rite, so there new promotion is M&M, cute pink and white ones.... so i had to buy them... then eat them. Lol but other than that and the fact i didnt exercise i had a great day.... :D Didnt drink enough water...so i guess it wasnt so great but it wast that bad.....SEASON FINAL of doctor who tonite, going to have a blast and not eat everything at the party!

I plan to do two lots of 25 mins today... :D Eating was good, i had yoghurt and a half a grapefruit, lunch was a tasty pita pizza loaded with vegies and only a few bits of feta, and dinner was a BLT loaded with salad from macca's. Not the best choice, but i think i did well. I did eat a pack of M&M but it was suppourting breast cancer.... :p

Will bore you all later with todays fittness and eating stuff

I drink water and I drink it usually iced ...but even if I can't
I drink each water with a slice of lemon .. lemons are known to slim you ... I dont know how ..but they do ...
and they taste good in the water ..a little flavor and it makes you want to drink a whole tank of water lmao

but anyway

Congratulations on your engagement!! I am recently engaged as well and decided to drop by and see what you are up to. I like the way you organize your "plan" days! I didn't see in there if you had tried sparkpeople.com or fitday.com to track your foods but they can be helpful! Goodluck! You are going to be a hottie bride:) When is your date? lol I read but I didn't see it:D Have a great day today!
 
OMG talk bout a bad couple of weeks. I keep getting sick. I though when you get fitter you where healther less likly to get sick, lol. Never mind i am back on the bike(or treadmill). I have pretty much gone back to my start weight, but i am okay with that i am well now. Phew. I am going to start doing twenty minutes in the morning and twenty minutes at nite from now on. I am just finding i am not losing much. I have got my basic food intake, and now i am writing up a month long menu. Dinners to beign with, it seems to be my problem meal.

I have found i am getting really good at guessing how many kj are in food and drinks :D The cafe open at my boyfriends work about a week ago, i pretty much guess what each item was worth :D lol. Expect the chicken focacia, i though that would be pretty low but it was rather high.

Thank you for all whom have pop past and said hi! I love coming in and seeing them, make be think i'm not alone in this.

Well i have had my beatuiful little daughter rylie, she is four months now. I am breastfeed and now thinking bout loseing the weight again. I was ment to be getting married but the stress of new buba has kinda put all that on hold. Well i will be back tomorrow to post.

To exercise for at least 30 minutes, I also will make a ipod sound track to work out too(gone hi tech lol)


To keep myself on track i will be poping in here to post at least once a day to report on what i have been eating, and how my exercise is going.
