My High Today: I have made a real effort today staying in control, working on mini goals and staying POSITIVE.

My Low Today: Having some time management issues...lol
 
I love this concept! I'm slacking on writing in my own journal but I can get on board with this thread.

High: Hitting up the treadmill after taking a 3.5 week off of running. I needed a break but I'm ready to get back at it.

Low: My travel mug this morning started leaking as I was walking towards my bus stop and I didn't realize it until my hand, purse, and pants had gotten covered!

Highs today: 1) seeing a very positive result on the scales after 3weeks of weight-loss program. 2)spending time with my niece and playing around like a little kid myself

Lows today: 1) not enough time working out 2) going to the movies and breaking diet plans...the movie wasn't even THAT good = ( , popcorn was though =D Lol
 
HIGH: I'm going to work out in a few even though I'm not feeling well today.

LOW: Crud! I'm not sure if my sinus issues I'm having are making my tooth/teeth hurt, or if it's an actual tooth.. :ack2:

I have experienced in the past sinus issues and even the dentist saying my teeth are fine, it's sinuses.

So, I took Zrytec and started my herbal antibiotic last night and today.. If I wake up like this tomorrow, I will go to the dentist! They are closed on the weekends so I will go in if I don't see relief!!

I have ZERO tolerance for pain, especially when it comes to teeth/ears! LOL :ack2: :svengo:
 
I've had sinus issues manifest themselves in my teeth before and it was miserable! Thankfully I haven't experienced ear pain since I was too young to remember. Good job working out inspite of it, maybe it'll be a good distraction for a bit.

Good one Stacy. I like it.

High: getting up early to make a healthy breakfast/lunch/snack. On Thursdays I'm on campus or taking transit between campuses from 9am to 7:30pm. It's a long craZy day and I pretty much always buy lunch, dinner or both, and not the best choices either!

Low: skipped a morning class to prepare for an afternoon midterm I should have studied for on the weekend :/

Today is a NEW Day! :seeya:

High: With my hard work, fitness, point system & my "forced fast day bc of dental work" yesterday, I LOST 2.4 lbs! I'm now 187.6

Low: I have to be very careful while in recovery which means easy/very basic exercise.

My High Today: Was craving junk food but had blueberries instead.

My Low Today: A high carbohydrate breakfast.

High: Feeling Better from dental work...It's a NEW Month and Fresh Start!! :party:

Low: Gotta Coupon * Work On Grocery List * Get To Store * So behind bc of dentist/recovery!
 
High: FINALLY! Store is done..LOL.. Feelin' Better as well.

Low: Upset that my Fitness Routine has been knocked off track...
 
High: I can start my regular fitness routine up again!

Low: Trying not to focus on the upcoming weigh in... Most likely it will be a no loss/maintaining week.... *grumble*
 
(For yesterday, as it's early morning here)
High: Playing with cute foals as part of my job.
Low: Killer headache, and less than desirable eating.
 
High: Making homemade healthy spaghetti sauce, ate it with zoodles (zucchini). And i'm portioning it out to freeze for delicious and quick meals in the future!

Low: Eating fast food :( atleast it was a whopper junior not a full whopper, but stiiiilll! Wtf is wrong with me why do i do this

Healthy meals all prepped for tomorrow. So I have NO EXCUSES for fast food
 
I can't wait to pick up my Veggetti so I can make Zoodles!

We know we will love the substitute bc we love my Zucchini Taco Boats and my Zucchini Lasagna (No Pasta/Layer with Zuc Slices). :seeya:
