The free weights room

How'd you get motivated at home? I'd probably just drift off after afew minutes and do something else.:confused:

i actually find it easier to get motivated at home: you dont have to drive anywhere so thats one big barrier out the way
once im in the garage i never feel tempted to stop early

I usaully run the mile/mile and half to the gym, so I don't really have a problem with it.

I have afew dumbells and a barbell at home. But I only have like 30kg's worth of weights, so nothing really of much use. I haven't been the gym since tuesday because of my biceps being tender as hell and could hardly straighten them out without the pain. But I'm going to try go tomorrow morning when all the old people are there, hopefully there shouldn't be many beef cakes in there. I'll be too tired tomorrow morning as I'd be going in 8 hours, and haven't slept yet.

But with 8 months out of training and getting back into it..

Today I went in the free weights room for the first time :11doh:
