Time to play catch up.
Ok, well about 2 weeks ago, I started a new project at work. Lots of stress, lots of work. Well, at any rate, my stress relief is working out (yeah, a pretty recent development...used to be eating). So, I have been kicking some pretty serious butt. I did a super sprint tri last friday. I finished it, and not with a great time, but something to gauge myself with. I swam 300M Biked 6 MI and ran 1.5 M in 45 minutes. Again, not too hot, but it could be worse. I could have not finished.
Ok, now the nutrition things. I don't even have time to do spark right now. Either that or I don't care because I am doing awesomely. I am eating perfectly. I am down about 16 pounds this month. Its a much needed loss.
On top of that, I rearranged my basement, and lets just say that my "guyland" is every boy and man from 13-30's dream. Video games, TV, big comfy couches, and "a guard dog to keep out them wimens!" HAHA I kid.
Ok, so this week my workouts have been Monday- back and shoulders lifting, and then 30 minutes lo-intensity cardio. Today arms and pecs lifting, jog 1.55 miles.
