Hi from today it starts a big fight a fight with myself . From everlasting i was a girl with extra kg and now i wanna change that , i wanna change my life and because all my diets plans before was a failure i have decided that i need some motivation from people who are passing through the same ploblems like i do .
I have 15 years old and my favorite sport is the laziness just kidding
)
Like to draw , to write prose expecially , listen music ,i like to sing and a lot of things more.
But i guess that you will find more about me in time
Yesterday
Menu:breakfast one yogurt(2,1% fat) and some cereals
lunch:a soup and mashed potatoes
dinner
ne yogurt and one apple.
100 crunches,40 minutes of walking,about 10 minutes of running(i just can't run

Today
Menu breakfast:cereals and yogurt
lunch :beans with a pickled cucumber and a small piece off pork
dinner
ne apple and yogurt
Tonight i will try to run more to increase the number of crunches , to do physical exercises with legs , maybe with my arms.
