Stepped on the scale for some odd reason in the middle of the day today and it's not even weigh in day. This is why I like not having my own scale, I don't like weighing every day. But I picked it up from Dari's, came home, and jumped on. It was down from my last weigh in, so hopefully by Tuesday morning if I'm GOOD until then, it will still show another loss!!

Did 40 minutes of heavy snow shovelling tonight!
 
WELL DONE!! I remember shoveling snow, I HATED every minute of it!! My back would feel it big time the next day, it's hard work!!!

:hat: LOL! Hi! I couldn't get here for a bit, the page kept loading and loading, but nothing happened. Well, I stayed the same at weigh in on Tuesday, which I attribute to the severe case of munchies that hit at suppertime Monday and I caved... couldn't stop grazing all night long. But it wasn't a gain, so I was happy about that. I haven't done my treadmill this week apart from one measly morning.... but I've been eating well and keeping busy around the house so that I don't sit and chow down!

Well I guess a reason to keep up my diary is so that it's easier to find than page 3, right? LOL!!

Not doing so well, I'm eating too much and wrong things the last week, too much crap going on and I stress eat. I did do shovelling today so I'm hoping that I can not have too bad of a weigh in, but I'm not expecting to see great numbers. LOL!
 
realizing you're a stress eater is the first step in stopping that behavior...

Don't focus so much on the numbers on teh scale but on fixing the behavior that's leading to the numbers you don't like.... start giving yourself alternatives to things tou can do when you're stressed besides food..

and reward yourself for each time you do it...
