Hey guys, Dave here just wanted to let you know what my plan was for my fitness goals. First off, I've started the youtube channel with my wife showing our progress in video form. Second, I've decided to go with the jogging seeing as that I have at least 30 pounds to shed. I also wanted to include the pushups throughout the day.
I did this a few years back and it gave me good results. I would do 500 pushups throughout the day. 50 here and 50 there adding up to 500. After 6 weeks of that my chest and arms were getting very cut. But now, I'd be surprised if I could do 10 without falling on my face.
