Wow, maybe I need to be a "fat belly dancer" too. You certainly seem to have the dietary side on lockdown - and kudos to you for eating a healthy number of cals. Further, your low workout days are about on par with my normal workout days in terms of duration. You make me feel like a slacker. :)

Anyways, great work and keep us updated on everything - especially that pregnancy. I have never really considered much about how that would impact a fitness regimen so I am curious now.

So far so good. Working out is kinda curing pregnancy bloat and definately the pregnancy blues. I got lucky because my side effect is food adversion to sweets! (lol side effect of pregnancy)

Thanks! I try and make calorie burn challenges for myself at the start of the workout will maintaining between a 4-6 on the rate of preceived exertion scale. Hopefully I will only gain the recommend 15lbs with this pregnancy.

You are correct I'm in Florida! There are a few belly dancers in Melbourne. Here I did a search for you. Check them out you will be totally glad you did!

Next time I get by the local running store I'll see if I cannot find anything else for you. The lady who sold me my new pair of running shoes the other day is somewhere in her 3rd trimester and just ran the local 3.5k. I think I'd die if I tried that, and I'm only running for one.

Italian Wedding Soup is a soup I found when I was pregnant with my daughter back in 2005 and I've been hooked. I've never had the "real" version of it...I may try and look up the receipe.
