The Dreaded Back Ahh

I hear around that when you work out your back even if you work it out well it usually doesnt sore up or nething. I was wondering this because I do a decent amount of weight for lat pull downs and never feel soreness....is the excersise still working or not
 
well, if you really want to target your back, you should try these

usually when i do these exercises, i feel more in my lower back areas , hah. i can even feel the soreness after waking up this morning. feels great though :]

lat pull down, i usually do not feel much in my back, but it does help give you that V-shape your after.
 
You'll get your money's worth with full pull-ups and varying grips...and eventually, weight. Rowing off the blocks is awesome, too.
 
i used to get sore rowing .. never really sore from lat pulldowns .. deadlifts however when i go heavy .. im definitely tight the next day
 
pendlay rows makes me sore, i deadlifted and did pendlay rows and face pulls on tuesday, im still kinda sore, so next time i do deadlift, im gonna do seated rows instead of pendlays :p
