:hurray: for 100 min of cardio. You know, though, that if your team is splitting up the exercise minutes evenly this week, you only need to do 4hrs 17min this week. ;)

You're gonna love season 3 of Lost--and 4 has been excellent so far, too. The plot certainly thickens.

These young girls decided we would all aim for 5 hrs. just in case one of us (probably me) falters in the exercise dept. :D
 
I used to like tv while I exercised, but then I realized that I would sometimes not want to exercise because I didn't have anything good to watch. Now I use NPR, since that's always on, and the consistency is good for me. :)

Hey thanx for visiting Soph - whats NPR? consistency is good though. i am the same and specially if i miss a aorkout session i don't feel like getting back into it. have to miss 1 today because i am sore from the last 2 days. serves me right for doing too much.

thanks beautiful. yeh we knoe its just that if one of us can't make it in the end hopefully the rest of us will have done enough. and more excercise will hopefully mean more weightloss anyway. ;) who knows the wonders of the body!

i can't wait for season 3 and then 4! i forgot about it. but now i'm watching it again i think i'm addicted again. i've forgotten half the things that happened though. i'm gonna buy the 3rd from ebay soon its only like £25 - I got a 7.50 off voucher :D.

Ang, congrats on the 100 minutes of cardio!! I'm so uberly proud of you.

I think it's aweomse how you can watch the tube while working out. My treadmill is downstairs where no television is accessible, so I've made a 'Go List' on my Sansa, and run to it.

thanx Rach! i used to run to music but now i use my laptop. it took me a while to figure out where to place it so i could watch it same time as the bike but haven't worked it out for the mill yet. hope you are doing well hon.

You're a Brit, aren't you? I suppose NPR is like BBC Radio, though I've never listened to vast quantities of BBC programming. I'm sure there are differences. It stands for National Public Radio.

yeterday was great excercise wise but not so great studying wise. i have loads to do yet before friday so today i am trying to get that done. thort i'd take a likle break to update though. hope you are all doing great.

angel, good job on your calories and exercise! I like that you write down your water consumption as well. It reminds me that I should drink more water! That is my downfall. I grew up on kool-aid and other sugary drinks but I really try to drink more water, I just forget some days. Keep on doing what your doing! Great job!:hurray:

Oh I'm not so much the masochists as the other two are. ;) I am all for exercise though as I do need to up it so this is a good boost for me.

thanx hon! yesterday was not o good i need to update it yet but i am sticking to the plan so far otherwise...hope i can keep it up! water is great! i used to drink loads of fruit drinks and then realised i was drinking about 500 cals a day easily. hope you are doing good.

How do you measure out the water? I want to drink more water, but I don't know where to begin with keeping track of how much I have drank ...

and my book says to think of water as a seperate beverage from tea ... so thats what I plan to do ... but I am drinking tea today .. I have just been drinking water, and I need variety lmao

Hey ANGEL!! So you managed the Cossack dance? I have bad knees so I'm not going to attempt the dance. Lol!!

As for drinking more water NatalieJo, I wash out my water bottles each day and keep refilling them, then count how many bottles I drink. Be sure to sterilize them with soap and hot water or you can keep ingesting the same germs. For example, if you have a cold this will keep you sick. I am about to purchase a SIGG Aluminum Water Bottle. It's a great design, easy to keep clean and environmentally friendly. :D

i have 2litre bottles, 500ml bottles and i've measured how much all the different type of my glasses hold. lol. yeh a likle OCD and then i just add up how much i've drank during the day.

yeh i keep tea seperate to water. lol everyone needs a variety. how about adding squash to your water. might help.

Hi Angel. Well technically you don't have to get in 5 hrs of exercise this week - and I thought it was that as a team we had to get in 4 hrs and 17 min. So really we are going above and beyond. And you are definitely going above and beyond.

1 min. of the dance, eh? So you conquered it? I wish I could see ya do it. That would be cool.
