well i'll just say very quickly that i am doing great this weekend...got alot of excercise in. 240mins to be exact!! and im doing good with calories as well-around 1500 everyday. not so good with food choices though lol! but you can't blame me i'm studying hehe!

GREAT job on getting that exercise in. That is amazing! It's hard not to snack when you are studying...but at least you got that exercise in to balance out the calories in. Keep up the exercising!!

and I always ate bad things when I was studying .. I just hope come September that under stress of school I wont mess my diet up ... oy vey ..mess up my journey ..

oooh started the essay. got 1500 words done...gonna do 1500more today adn hopefully should be done by next monday teh i can start the rest of the work ugh!

i'm worried about finishing Lost quickly then i'll have to find something else to watch hmmm...

Congrats on the exercise and good caloric intake, honey! Don't worry about the food choices, as long as your staying within range and/or working it off, it's really not an issue!

quick update.

my weight is up again...161.2 hoping it goes below 159.8 for weigh in on friday but i doubt that will happen since i haven't seen the 150s since thursday!!!

done a bit more excercise yesterday..an hour actually but ate more than i should have. hmm. proably near the 2000 mark. weight might be summit to do with that lol.

got 1500/8000 words done yesterday ad going to do 1500 more today hopefully. if i keep at it i will be done by monday! woohoo. and then i can start the rest of the likle pieces of work.

ryt i'm going to excercise and then start doing the essay. have a good day people.

Yey for the exercise, babes! Not so yey for the overeating, but you know what, it's not that horrible to get up to two-thousand. Think of it this way, at least you didn't eat two-thousand one-hundred, am I right?

Look at that, you and I are about toe-to-toe when it comes to weight. A couple weeks ago, in the mirror, I was physcially *bigger* and I weighed 156 according to Scalentino. Now I can see I'm physcially *smaller* and apparently, I weigh more. That boy is messed up I tell you, screwing with my mind like that. I always say I'm going to ditch him and yet, he remains on my bathroom floor. I guess I have issues letting go, no? LOL.

Congrats on getting so far in your essay. I hope you can complete it to satisfaction when the time comes!

I'm so sorry your scale is being horrible to you! Mine, personally, has decided that somewhere between 276 and 277 is a mighty fine range, and I should just be happy to hang out there for weeks. ARGH.

Also, I hear you about the school getting in the way. I'm not too worried about my ability to keep up my exercise and diet when my seminar paper crunch comes, it's when I have to spend whole days on campus that I get sort of derailed. Grr.

I tell you what, it's not fair that we women have so much water retention, it's just crazy! Don't even worry about the scales, they will be back down in the 150's in no time, and then they will stay there!

i'm going to excercise and then start doing the essay.

Good job on balancing exercise with your studying. It's nice to take breaks and let your brain rest. W/your increase in activity you do need a few extra snacks so try not to be too hard on yourself. A+ on exercising!!

Wow, you sure have some huge essays to write! I will be taking some training this summer and am expecting a huge workload. I haven't done much "school" work since college - about 14 yrs ago! Except I did help a friend with a few papers for her master's a few years ago and so I think I can still do it.

You are doing great with all of the exercise!

yep i hate scalentino still i visit the dude everyday!! the thing is my waist has gone up by a cm but then again that could be for a million and one reasons as well...jt gotta keep on at it and keep hoping.

i hope so sweets...got most of the hard work done yesterday but stil got around 5000 words to write up...its gonna take me all ov easter weeked. but then its over forever hopefully!

yeh true i hardly get any excercise done at term time but now i've got hols so excercise is not a problem...its the extra eating which is not good. but then if you maintain at times like that it's not too bad i think.

ugh! totally. this is the worase of retention i have had in a long time and the thing is i am drinking extra water but still not visiting the toilet...i should say still don't have a need to visit the toilet. not good. i can't wait t get back in the 150s...actually can't wait for the scale to move down full stop lol!

thanx sweetie! this is the worst one i have to write during the whole course. but to be fair they gave us a year to write it. ts just me who decided to do it in the last 2 weeks!!! this is the last type of school work i am ever going to do i think. i am really coming close to not being bothered and just getting through it. especially now i know its only about 3 months till i finish! good luck with your training. what ar eyou going to be doing it in?
