Hey teammate! Thanks for stopping by my diary!

I read where you were talking about Prison Break, and my boyfriend loves that show too! I am also a Lost fan! Sawyer and Jack are yummy! :)

tell me about it!! Sawyer especially!!! mmm! lol! i love prison break mostly for Mr. Miller lol but it's very addictive as well! my whole family is catching up on it so when the 3rd season comes out on dvd we are all up to date lol! i took my old LOST dvds (season 1 and 2) out yesterday. i might watch those while treadmilling to remind myself what happened before i get the 3rd season. free escercise lol...

Im in my last year yeah, just the summer exams to go and then im off to uni (hopefully!) to do psychology.

you should be! that is amazing especially for a levels. when i was at that stage i got a D, a U and a C lol! i came out with BCC at the end though. have you got all your application and everything sorted. you must have. you must be getting interviews now!hope it all goes well for you.

just done some excercise...most i've done in a while.

45 mins ST - finally go that in.

Bench press
DB rows
Split squats
Overhead DB press
Shrugbacks (all that was 30mins)

then 15 mins floor excercises

75 mins cardio - bike = 17.6miles!

total = 2 hours

Wow, four inches is tremendous! I sort of wish I could trust myself with measuring because it would be nice to know that I was objectively smaller. I see the numbers on the scale and feel good, but I still can't SEE any difference, you know?

hey Sophie! thanx fro visiting.

i love the tape measure. even if you get someone else to measure you might be an idea. or measure yourself with a string and measure that...might be less tempting to cheat that way ;). i see more difference on the tape measure then the scale but i know what you meann i still don't see a difference in most parts of my body.

thanx sweety!!! i didn't realise how much cardio i'd done until i finished! i love seeing downward movement in the tape measure. keeps me going especially since Scalentino isn't being nice to me at the moment. have a good weekend.

the day started great with the new low measure! didn't lose much over the week but who cares as long as i'm losing inches. had a brilliant wokout today especially since i was watching lost for most of the time. got about 2.5 hours left to do before friday now. also completed day 4 of the no junk food week...pretty good since i was tempted by wait for it...cake...chocolate...biscuits and PIZZA! so anyway i've decided on friday i am having pizza and chocolate...within the calorie range ofcourse. ;)
