I so love that attitude besides my bags under my eyes from lack of sleep I feel like 24 rather than 34 which I am turning 35 in JULY grrr so close to 40 lol.

Angel hon, I cannot blame you for wanting sugar when you're baking. It's definately my downfall as well. But hey, at least you got that one litre of water chugged down already!!

Wow, I don't know if I could live only on 16500 a day. I'd need the other five-hundred in a day with how hungry I constantly am.

You'll have to keep us updated daily, toots. We need to make sure you achieve this accomplishment!

haha do not talk to me a bout sugar. all i had yesterday was sugar but stayed within 1600 calories so not so bad! i am really glad i can down taht much water. i have always drank a lot of water and i think my body has got used to it now and can't do without.

how many calories do you have in aday? i aim for about 1600-1700. does that sound low?

i will update later about yesterday and today. i dont think i'll be eating anymore.

well if 30 is the new 20 then 20 is the new 10 and that means i am definetley not old!!! yay! lol! wish i was abit older now. atleast a teenager...hehe

dint meet the fibre goal yesterday. (be nice!) but did the rest and today has been good. woohooo.

bags under the eyes has nothing to do with age. you are so the new 24 and 40 is a long way away!

i'm 5'6''- not too tall not too short just perfect in everyway lol! yeah right!

i hated turning 20. didn't want t o move out of my teens. i remember being little and thinking i never wanted to be in my 20s and now i'm here and its scary. i wanted to stay 17 for the rest of my life but no can do...soon i'll be 21 and well out of the teens. :(

so day 1 and 2 of my 10 day plan have gone like this

Day 1-20 feb 08 - 157lb - 2.3+litre water-1600cals-1hour+walk - not much fibre
Day 2-21 feb 08 - 156lb- 2.3+litre water-1500cals-1hourwalk-25g+fibre
Day 3-22 feb 08
Day 4-23 feb 08
Day 5-24 feb 08
Day 6-25 feb 08
Day 7-26 feb 08
Day 8-27 feb 08
Day 9-28 feb 08
Day 10-29 feb 08
 
so i'm back after a couple of busy days! not bad though just when the hols arrive all thefamily gets together and been busy with that on top of all the uni work. seems like i have so much to do. not good!

i am back down to 156lbs today so something is going right. can't wait to measure myself on the 1st and see if i have lost any inches or not as it feels sometimes.

finally bought come multivitamins and minerals and iron tablets and am taking those everyday. i know i am abit anemic so am hoping the iron will help a little.

I saw you asking about the next challenge in Kimberly's diary. You mustnt have seen this (from the current challenge thread).

Bella--I'm glad your MIL is cool. That's always nice. :)

I can't believe there are only 2 days left of the challenge! It has gone by pretty quickly.

I'm glad so many of you have really enjoyed it and found it useful. I will be doing another one in early March, and I hope to see you there. This one will start March 7th, and will be modeled after the show the Amazing Race. For those of you outside the U.S. who haven't heard of it, it's a show where teams race around the world, and have to race against each other to get tasks done. If you google the show, you can find out more about it. The teams will have 3 members each, and each week one or more teams (the entire team) may be eliminated. There will be 2 non-elimination weeks, but no one will know (not even me) until the end of that week. The team will work together to get exercise pts and some bonuses will require the entire team to complete it, or just one team member. It should be a lot of fun. Oh, and we're going to make our own teams--they won't be random this time. I'm doing this so that you won't be eliminated due to some newbie signing up and then disappearing. So think carefully when choosing your teammates. It's best to get someone who's either really strong in something you're not, or well-rounded. The team with the most weight loss each week will be safe from elimination regardless of their pts.

I'll post a lot more info and a sign up thread about a week before the challenge starts. I just wanted to give you a heads up. :)

Good grief! I wouldn't want to relieve my teen years for anything--well, I guess I'd do it if someone offered me a million dollars. :D My 20s were sooo much fun. I had a blast, and I'm sure you will, too. :)

Congrats on getting your fiber in the other day--and for being back to 156. :hurray:

No, that doesn't sound to low to me. Personally, I try to aim for 1700 at the least. Because I run off 600+ cals when I run, anything less than that wouldn't be enough for me, imo.

I can't do without water either. If I don't get it and ALOT of it, I get cranky. Haha.
