Ahhh...the "real" world beckons, eh? :) Are teaching jobs hard to find over there atm? What level will you teach?
 
WOW all of those numbers you listed look great!! good calories, good workout, I think if you stay in that zone, you will see smaller numbers on the scale. It's hard to stay focused certainly when you are dealing with school stuff too, but just take it as it comes and really try hard to stay on track with your workouts, I think that helps our bodies fight off the nasty virus's going around too~

Good luck to you the rest of this week, so far so REALLY GOOD!! I'm smiling here for ya!! OH and love the water intake!

you're right it is hard to stay focused especially when i end up staying in uni for ages and have very unhealthy food to eat!!! my cals were a lot worse yesterday but still in the range i should be in so not that bad.

hope this flu thing goes soon. its not bad but really annoying!

thanx Kimbereley. the headache ahs just about gone but the leaking nose is still here. lol! burn is still here as well but i am going to excercise again today.

there are plenty of jobs but too many teachers and the whole letter,application, interview process takes ages and most likely you don't get the job. i just want to spend the time getting through the assignments at the moment. i'm looking to teach primary whick is 4-11 but want to concentrate on about 8-11 really. they're more independent lol!

MONTH 3 - WEEK 2 - DAY 5 - 13th feb 08

weight = 160

calories = 1800-1900

water = 2.2 litres

Exercise = 15 mins walk (just about lol)


hmm not a good day compared to the day before but not bad either. today should be a lot better hopefully.

muscles are still hurting but not as bad. going to go and excercise soon..might go to town later and do a bit of walking around. will see how i feel after the workout!

weight today is 159 so it is slowly coming down again woohoo! can't believe i considering yesterdays not so good day. the wonderful world of WL.

Congrats into getting into the 150's!! *bounce* You watch, you'll get to your goal weight in NO TIME!!

Isn't it great when you have a good day? You don't feel guilty or bloated or fat or...you know...guilty cause last night you ate A HUGE bowl of ice cream.......lol

The down side to the 8-11yr olds is that they are mouthier than the younger ones. :D I know this from teaching both age groups. :biggrinjester:

good days are great! i had a couple of weeks of not so good days and i feel really great now that i'm back on track!

third time in the 150si think during the last 3 months! i hope this time i'm here to stay! next goal is to get down below 154 and under 11stones!

my placement is with 9-11 yr olds at the moment and some of them are quite mouthy but they're mature aswell so i can have adecent convo with em. You taught before? wow! how did you find it? where did you teach? which ones did you prefer?

not a bad day yesterday and today i'm back down to 158 (same as the beginning of this week) - hoping to get below 154 by the end of the month.

going to try and do a bit of weights and body workout today. i shall see how much time i have.
