not been feeling very good today. bad headache. i'm sure staring at the screen doesn't help. anyway i am hoping to start excercising again tomorrow. maybe try and do about an hour. need to get the mp3 sorted as well. i'm quite looking forward to excercising again actually. didn't think i would ever do that. hah maybe i'm getting greedy for inch loss...oooh...greed not so good but great for motivation.

Maybe try buying yourself new workout clothing for motivation? I am always uber-anxious to break in new jogging pants!

How's everything going lately girly girl? If you don't mind me asking, what was your starting and current weight?

hah the amount of times ive gotten close to doing that especially now i'm a dress size down definetly but i just don't want to buy any clothes until i reach my goal. hmm i'm a bit wierd like that. might get some shoes though. i've got 1 mini goal treat left. 1 for every inch lol.

not bad finished my teaching placement on friday and am exhausted after that. need to start excercising again. haven't done that for 5 weeeks now. start weight was 164....current 158...goal 135 (so far) might change when i get there. its in my sig. have been floating between 156 and 158 lately.

thanx tammy...i don't feel like i'm doing awesome but i suppose its not bad. can't wait for the headache to go. hope it doesn't get worse. might just need a good sleep and a lot of water. i have a feeling i might be dehydrate.have always been drinking over 2 litres apart from this last week where i have barely hit the 1litre mark. need to up that water intake again

Most people would prefer a loss in inches to a loss of weight any day. Dont worry about the weight going up a little if the inches stay down.

headache a bit better today but i have been taking paracetamol. i think either its the weather change or i'm dehydrated. don't know.

i'm upto 160 today but my measures are still the same and i haven't been excercising so it can't be muscle...the wonders of the body.

well of to get some excercise. hope i can make it for an hour.

hmmm so i've just been randomely googling and apparently with my frame(large) and height (5'6'') my healthy weight range is between 129 and 157 (140-143 is ideal) soooooo hopefully by the end of this week i should be in the healthy range once again. i can't believe i was there a couple of weeks ago and just didn't realise.

3 pounds to lose!!!

Just 23lbs to go! That's not bad at all. I'm glad you got some exercise in, I'll bet it made you feel better.

What is large about your frame? Do you have pics? I used to think I had a large frame but it turns out it is quite small, it's just in how I'm built. I have wide square shoulders and large hips. When I was thin my shoulders were the same width as my hips but I had a super small waist (hourglass shape). My doc informed me that alot of women think they have a large frame but actually don't. It's all in the build of your body.
 
really thats interesting. ive always been big compared to other girls but this was to do with measuring the wrist. haven't got any fat on my wrist at the moment so i thought it was pretty accurate.
my shoulders are non existent but my hips are large and the rest of my body actually. including hands and feet lol.
 
That's pretty interesting. It's good that you have a realistic goal for your body type :)

it is interesting. what amy was saying is interesting as well. i really need to visit the doc and get a health check done to know for sure. can't really decide for myself can i lol. i'm still stiking to 135 for now as my goal. will see how i go from there.

Sorry to hear about your headache. :Ack2: I hope it goes away soon. Don't worry about the weight fluctuation. My weight goes up and down like crazy. I'm sure once you get back to exercising regularly again, it'll go down in no time. It could also be water retention, etc. So I wouldn't stress over it. :)
 
I wish I could shoot you over some motivation to get into the gym. It's so easy to put it off as we get caught up with our daily responsibilities. I work too much and that is my excuse :) Most of the time I feel down right exhausted. I'm going to try to get up early tomorrow before work and get some exercise in. I have a home gym so I really have no excuse.

headache a lot better today. i think i was dehydrated...been drinking like crazy and am feeling a lot better now!

not really worried about the weight just wanna see smaller numbers lol! hope it is just water retention or summit crazy like that! just hoping the measurements don't go up. will measure on saturday and see.

hey thanx hon! i think i'm over the dry spell now. did about 75 mins yesterday and hoping to do that again tomorrow woohoo!!!

home gyms are amazing!!!.i've got one as well. well i made sure i did before i started all this weightloss business. i'm very lazy and self concious to go out and excercise.

can't wait for the body to thank me. hoping for another inch loss this month but will be happy with any seeing as i have been a bit silly for a couple of weeks lol!

this is what yesterday was like!

MONTH 3 - WEEK 2 - DAY 4 - 12th feb 08

weight = 160

calories = 1400-1500

water = 2.25 litres

Exercise = 75 mins = treadmill, cross-trainer, bike, step aerobic, weights, body workout.


had a really good day yesterday but i am aching all over especially the legs thanx to those squats!!

went back to uni today after about 9 weeks. felt really strange...but anywya got 1 of my assignments back and i got a B. can't believe it especially since it was a day before job!!! i hope i can stay above ds this year. that should guarantee me a degre. i have a progres s tutorial next week. which just means that they check how i'm doing, what sort of grades i'm getting and see if i'm on track to pass...hope that goes well.

i finish in 19 weeks from now if everything goes well! then gotta start looking for a job. the joy lol.

WOW all of those numbers you listed look great!! good calories, good workout, I think if you stay in that zone, you will see smaller numbers on the scale. It's hard to stay focused certainly when you are dealing with school stuff too, but just take it as it comes and really try hard to stay on track with your workouts, I think that helps our bodies fight off the nasty virus's going around too~

Good luck to you the rest of this week, so far so REALLY GOOD!! I'm smiling here for ya!! OH and love the water intake!
