45 minutes Tennis Practice
20 minutes on Treadmill
4 Sets Skipping (500 Skips Total)
4 Sets Situps (25 each)
4 Sets Weigths (20 each)

Food Intake:
Nutritional Shake + 2 Rusks (Breakfast)
Fruit (School)
Ham Sandwich (Lunch)
Stirfry & Fruit (Supper)
Snack: Rusks

A good day today, had a tough day at school but it went alright. Did all my required exersizes and I'm still going strong. I did about 90 minutes today so I am quite proud, tomorrow is a big day, as I have 2 hours of tennis + a workout planned. I feel I am making progress and soon I will have reached my goal (I hope)

Things here are great. Its a wonderful place. It really is most beautiful.

I hate it when people don't know RSA and then they assume it is a place with nothing and nobody. Its just like the US. Just more beautiful. Great coastal region, great city, just the crime that can be quite bad (I've been mugged/held up a few times)

But its alright, and thanks for asking! I appreciate your comments and I wish you the best in your diet! :)
 
Well I don't have any personal pics really, just great memories, but things to search on would be "Cape Town", "Table Mountain", and "Johannesburg" --> Then you'll see what SA is really made of! Table Mountain is our pride and joy. I'm moving to Cape Town next year.

Aweful day, fought with all my pals, but resolved most of it. Don't really wanna talk about it.

Stuck to my diet and exersized well today. Just forgot about weights (tired, hopped into shower, it was by mistake) --- I may do them before I go to sleep.

I'm eating well and doing well and thats all I have to say for today.

Better day today, worked out well and did everything I had to, I'm feeling great and I think I'm on my way to success.

Sorry I can't chat long, its almost 11 here and I need to get sleep, so busy right now, but just wanna thank you guys for the support and I'll catch up on the weekend!

Just wanna say thanks for the support and hope to carry on with my exersize into the future! I Can't believe its been almost two weeks!! How exciting!

OMG Massive news!

Guys I have big news! Firstly I want to add that I am now down to 89.6kgs --- meaning I have lost a whopping 2.7kgs! I am so proud of myself!

Secondly, I need to inform you that I visited a doctor today (specialist) and he was checking out a mysterious bump in my chest and it turns out it is my ribcage that has shifted through my major growth sperts as a teenager! Its nothing major but I have to go for surgery on the 11th of April where they "shave" the bone and try sort my ribcage out.

I will be in hospital for 3 days and I cannot do ANY SPORT for a whole term! (April to August) I am going to try see if I can do SOME exersize so I don't gain all my weight back, otherwise this is pointless! I will have to watch what I eat also, and apparently I am going to be in pain for at least 2 weeks!

Just wanted to let you guys know, hopefully by then I'll have reached my goal (I am increasing my routine to help my cause)

Oh gosh, that's terrible! At least it wasn't anything 'too' serious, but stilll...surgery...yeek. I hope that the surgery will go well!

Careful not to over do the exercise beforehand, though. Currently it looks as if you're doing pretty awesome with it, but I don't think you'll need to double the effort. Instead of focusing on exercising more, focus on your eating habits (which are pretty good, too).

congrats on the loss! That's awesome!
