As you can probably tell, I'm a newbie
. I'll tell you a bit about myself first. I'm from Australia, I'm turning 20 next week, and I have a whopping 50kg to loose
. I am a full time uni student (or college- what ever you want to call it). My goal is to be down to my goal weight for my trip to New York- which I'm hoping to do in Jan 2008. I figure if I loose 1kg a week between now and then, there should be more than enough time for me to do it- with some extra time incase I stumble.
Read this or dont- I just have to get it out there and be accountable for myself.
So far (exercise wise) I have been walking my dogs. Last week I did it twice- not bad, but I want to do it more. This week I am up to 3 walks.
I have cut down how much chocolate I eat (mostly due to lack of funds
), and will hopefully continue this. I think my next step is to eat regular meals. I have been shocking at eating harldy anything until like dinner and then craving nasty greasy food.

To walk at least 4 times & to eat more regular meals.
