The butterfly effect

I took an hr and a half long walk again today- the weather was absolutely beautiful!!

Anyways, reflecting, and I'm keen on losing the weight. For me, I have to keep that positive self talk going in my head...and the days my chatterbox is being negative, it is hard to keep the eye on the goal but....I feel good right now despite my world not being perfect....I know I can do this. And I will.

Now or never. Right? Right.
 
Well it's a bit past 6 AM and having woken up at 5 did not go out for a walk b/c it was raining. It's supposed to rain much of today.

Haven't weighed myself in a while ...I feel I have gained the weight but have managed to do some form of exercise everyday. Let's see how this weekend goes.
 
Currently *stuck* at 110.8lbs. Ugh, there's too much happening in my life and yet not that much happening...no wait, there's too much happening in my *head* but not that much happening in life, haha.

Oh well.
 
Exercise Schedule:
Aim for today: 1.5 hr walk, 25 crunches/ ab exercises & stretches
Aim for Monday: 1.5 hrs at gym, combination of cardio and weights
Aim for Tues: Hot Yoga, 1 hr (excited!)
Aim for Wed: 1 hr walk
Aim for Thurs: Gym - 1.5 hrs
Aim for Fri: Gym - 1.5 hrs
**Day off Sat**
Aim for Sun: 1-2 hrs walking
 
Ok, so I took my walk tonite. Tomorrow's goal is going to the gym after work ......6-7:30 ish.
