The Beginning of my new lifestyle

I am 19 years old, and I currently have a 6 month old daughter that I love very dearly, and a fiance that I also love very dearly!
Here's my story...

I have been overweight my whole life I have always loved food! I weighed quite a bit when I was 14 years old, it was about the time when I started wanting boys to like me and stuff, I got my self asteem crushed!
Well I met this guy (My Fiance) and for some reason I wanted him really bad. but I did not think he wanted someone as fat as me.
Well I went on a diet with my mom, and lost about 70 pounds! I loved the way I looked of course I was 15 then though. But I still did it. Well I did get the man I wanted at 15 and I am still with him of course. Soon enough I got comfortable, and I gained 15 pounds back, well I got depressed and started starving myself... and we all know what happens then... yes I lost my 15 pounds but I gained 20 back. I got where I would only eat every 3 days but I made up for the past days so I kept gaining weight, i got from weighing 150 to weighing 200. THe weight problems happened on and off untill I got pregnant at 17.
During Pregnancy, I lost 15 pounds from being sick then gained 35, After having her I walked out at 215 pounds which was my prepregnancy weight. Well I stayed home for 3 months and was part time for one month so I ended up gaining weight. I now weigh 238. Which is the most ive ever weighed but the one thing I am kind of happy about is im not gaining anymore because I want to lose.
I know exactly how to do it but I need help and support and motivation! 2 weeks ago I was going to the gym every other day, and I lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks, but I got sick and got out of the habit. So I am trying every way to motivate myself.... I need advice! Here is what I ate today...


2 packs of instant grits (200 cals)
1 Chicfila cool wrap
2 diet cokes
2 tuna sandwiches on light wheat bread
