The beginning...Not to Hot (6/29 beginning pics!)

So here I am now. All 282 lbs of me. Hard to believe 5 short years ago I was playing high school baseball at 200. That's where I ultimately hope to return one day.

I'd like to take progress photos weekly, but for sure bi-weekly to chart my progress and have visual proof that what I'm about to do is working therefore keeping me going.

Well after an awful couple of months for various reasons...i'm back and ready to go again...i'm at the same weight with the same goal!
 
10/10 update...starting anew (again)!

Bump...bump...bump.

Everytime I try to start again, something happens, I just lose my motivation. Now we go...again...I'm holding steady at the 280 level, so these pictures are what i'm like now.
 
Cmon dude... lets do this together... im 279 as of Sept 27th... I weigh in once a month. I eat 1500-2000 calories a day. Low fat diet.... 5 grams or less of saturated a day. I also take heart health vitamins and a multi vitamin. I also do work nonstop 5 days a week... walk/run about 20 miles a week & soon I will start strength training. I too have lost some motivation, but I just keep going regardless.... on the days I dont feel like exercising or I lose motivation I control what I eat so at least im not gaining. My goal to is 200lbs....by June of 2011. I have no doubt that I will get there. Ive tried all the diet pills from Alli, Xenadrine, Stacker etc... theyre all fake and dont do anything but give you energy. Im here for you man and we can talk if need be. My names Billy. The only person that can make it happen is you. Really think about why you want to do this. Whatever the reason is right now, isn't a good enough reason, because if it was there wouldn't be an issue with finding that motivation.
